Application Process
We will open with a grade 6 and a grade 9 in the 2026-27 school year.
ECPHL is citywide enrollment, with preference given to students who live in the following zip codes: 19104, 19120, 19121, 19122, 19124, 19131, 19132, 19133, 19134, 19135, 19138, 19139, 19140, 19141, 19142, 19143, 19144.
Student applications are submitted on Apply Philly Charter. The application window for the 2026-2027 school year closed on January 20. Students will be notified of lottery results on February 6, 2026. Families may apply to be added to the waitlist starting February 23, 2026.
