Application Process
Applications for the 2027-2028 academic year open on Apply Philly Charter Friday, September 18th. ECPHL will be accepting students primarily for 6th and 9th grade. Limited spots are available for 7th and 10th grades.
Enrollment at ECPHL is citywide, with preference given to students who live in the following zip codes: 19104, 19120, 19121, 19122, 19124, 19131, 19132, 19133, 19134, 19135, 19138, 19139, 19140, 19141, 19142, 19143, 19144.
Student applications are submitted on Apply Philly Charter. The application window for the 2027-2028 school year open on September 18 and will close on January 15. Students will be notified of lottery results on February 1, 2027. Families may apply to be added to the waitlist starting February 23, 2027.
